**Duties**:

- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals and fitness levels
- Design customized workout programs tailored to clients' individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on form and safety
- Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
- Track clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Provide education on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and overall wellness
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a Personal Trainer is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to educate and motivate clients effectively
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire clients towards their goals
- Bilingual skills (English plus another language) are a plus
- Proficient in time management to effectively schedule client sessions
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
