Our **Denture practice** in beautiful Pitt Meadows, is searching for an enthusiastic and organized denture clinic receptionist to join our team on a Full time but temporary basis. _Our receptionist will be going on maternity leave, so this is a temporary position._

This roll is vital in shaping the patients experience and creating and exceptional first impression. The person we are looking for is **self started**, loves interacting with people and is excited to be the first person to welcome our patients into our clinic, while supporting the practice with day to day administration.

**Position**:

- Welcoming and hosting patients
- Schedule patient appointments
- Maintain patient files and accounts
- Submit insurance claim forms
- Following up with patients and other dental professionals
- Help with weekly tasks like (light cleaning and sweeping inside clinical rooms and reception, taking garbage out once a week or as needed.
- Assist with social Media posts

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of dental reception experience.
- Computer Skills**:

- Fluent in English
- Willingness to learn
- Knowledge in DomX operating system is an asset but not a must as we can train you
- Dental experience an asset.
- Salary based on experience.

**Your hours would be: Tuesday - Friday 9-4:30/5, or 9-5 and Saturdays.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pitt Meadows, BC V3Y2J2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
