Job Description:
We are a fast-growing vacation property management company, looking for a reliable and responsible Sales Manager to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with sales development representatives to qualify leads and present solutions.
- Identify and prospect new sales opportunities with a defined market segmentation.
- Prepare, organize, and structure your sales processes from lead generation, value creation to negotiation and closing.
- Play a key role in our expansion strategy by working with strategic accounts to maximize total revenue.
- Follow up on current opportunities and revive inactive opportunities through varying forms of communication.
- Engage with real estate communities, groups or property management forums to promote Park Place Properties.
- Finding and executing offsite presentations to help generate leads.
- Maintain weekly lead generation activity reports.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Proactively seek out market information in order to effectively develop rapport with customers.

Qualifications:

- Passionate about Real Estate with an interest in technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience prospecting new clients, generating leads, and closing deals; overall full-sales cycle experience.
- Strong research skills, self-motivated, highly organized with a great attention to detail.
- Must have a savvy understanding of both short-term and general Real Estate market trends across North America.
- A commanding desire to learn and succeed in sales.
- College diploma/degree in business administration or relevant field.
- A team player, hardworking, passionate, confident and enthusiastic about meeting monthly and annual sales goals.
- Experience working in a fast paced, results-oriented environment.

Nice to Have:

- Sales Experience: 3+ years
- Sales and/or Business Development experience within property management industries
- Real Estate License

Shift Days: Monday - Friday and occasional weekends.

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (schedule may vary depending on demand)
