Centurion Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) owns more than 11,000 multi-family apartment units and student housing beds across 28 cities in Canada and the United States. The REIT provides investors an opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of rental apartments and student housing properties, as well as mortgage and equity investments in property developments, across Canada and the United States and participate in the profits derived from them. Centurion Financial Trust (“CFiT”) is an income and growth-oriented trust that invests in a diversified portfolio of debt investments that include but are not limited to mortgages, opportunistic real estate developments, and corporate debt. Investors pool their funds to invest in mortgage and growth-oriented credit opportunities and participate in the yields from interest income and net profit from equity.

**Overview**
Reporting into the Vice President of Human Capital, the Bilingual Coordinator of Human Capital is responsible for the professional administration and management of assigned Human Resource activities and programs for Centurion Asset Management and Centurion Property Associates.
**Responsibilities**
**Relationship Development**
Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure that a high level of client satisfaction is achieved through consistent attention to Centurion's Vision, Mission and Values.
**Onboarding**
**Training and Development**
Administer the bi-weekly Centurion Learning Academy programming, setting up new users as well as issuing certificates and gift cards. Work closely with the Vice President of Human Capital to create new learning modules within the platform. Work in collaboration with hiring mangers to coordinate the delivery and recording of ad hoc training sessions, to be uploaded onto Centurion’s LMS. Track all other training that is provided company wide in the HRIS, following up with Employees as required to obtain proof of completion. Update and maintain existing job description and task list inventory. Prepare job aids, creating a database for future Employees to reference. Review and update various manuals and forms as required.
**Health and Safety**
Assist with the deployment and tracking of all health and safety programming. Act as an Employee member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee. Assist with the completion and management of workers’ compensation claims. Complete monthly and quarterly Workplace Compensation Board reporting/filing for applicable provinces. Administer and manage the COVID-19 Employee self-declaration process, following up with users on a daily basis as required. Ensure compliance with all Provincial H
