**What you’ll do**:

- Provide supervision, direction, and technical support to terminal operations in the Petroleum Loading Section.
- Monitor operations, communicate with other departments on changes in operations, oversee and direct some of the running maintenance functions and recommend other activities to the maintenance department to ensure safe and reliable operation and quality products for the Co-operative Retailing System.
- Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians and provide performance management, discipline, and career development guidance.
- Trouble shoot and optimize equipment issues at truck, railcar, and by-product facilities and issue operating orders to direct reports.
- Lead preventative maintenance planning and execution for terminal loading operations.
- Execute specialized professional technical services under mínimal guidance.
- Seek solutions in undefined situations within CRC to find innovative approaches and solutions in collaboration with others.
- Available on a 24-hour basis for technical consultation and to assist with operational issues.

**Who you’ll work with**:
**The Team**: You will work closely with Loading Supervisors and inscope Maintenance Technicians and Tank Car Loaders, will have 6 direct reports, and will report into the Petroleum Loading Section Supervisor. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and trust.

**The Collaborators**:You will work closely with other functions in our Manufacturing business unit and collaborate across the organization with teams such as Process Section Supervisors and Process Supervisors, Supply and Distribution, pumping and blending, Production Planning, Laboratory (in-scope), Fire & Safety (in-scope), Maintenance, Truck drivers and lease operators, Plant Engineering, Training, contractors, CRC Electrical Support staff that are assigned to Loading on a Daily Basis.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:

- Have 8+ years of experience in a petroleum refinery or a related industry.
- Have a Technical Diploma or equivalent (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
