Manage daily operations across multiple locations to ensure quality, efficient workflow and productivity. Working closely with the Claims Manager, the **Regional Site Supervisor** is accountable for the management and processing of estimates at various active job sites. You will ensure estimates are written in a timely, accurate manner and to our partners guidelines, while making sure the estimating system(s) and Dented’s internal system is updated. You will work closely with our location(s) and/or CAT sites and be their primary point of contact for any escalations. You will provide weekly reporting to senior management on the status of claims processed and current WIP. You will also facilitate and process commercial losses (dealership inventory) and complete any additional summary reports for the insurer to processes these claims. As the process owner you will make suggestions and improvements to help drive efficiencies throughout the process.

**Accountabilities**:

- Travel to various Dented job sites to facilitate estimates and repairs.
- Write repair appropriate estimates to insurer guidelines, including determine maximum panel calculations, based on details and photos provided within PDR scope sheets. Sourcing of parts, sublet, and if any calibration is required.
- When needed, monitor Mitchell and Audatex (Qapter) for new assignments and create a Service Request within Dented’s management system.
- When needed, establish and maintain estimating calendar for location(s) and/or CAT sites in Progi Sync.
- Complete all additional paperwork for the processing of Total Loss claims (Auto Source and branding forms)
- Respond to any job site specific inquiries.
- Transfer information between Mitchell or Audatex (Qapter) and Dented’s management system to ensure the information is mirrored between both.
- Processing of any supplements to the original estimate. Co-ordinate with conventional repair partners on any estimate discrepancies or additional details required by our insurance partner.
- Invoice and close RO’s based on insurer and Dented requirements.
- Be a point of contact for any inquiry from the image desk of our insurance partner.
- Educate and enforce SOP’s with Dented staff and estimators.
- Assist Dented location(s) or CAT sites ensuring efficient, accurate and quality repairs.
- Generate and review KPI reports with various stakeholders, including providing weekly reports on claims processed and current WIP for each insurance partner.
- Assist and manage general insurance partner or claim file escalations.
- Complete additional paperwork and analysis for the completion of commercial claims (dealer losses).
- Provide feedback to Technician Manager or scope sheet compliance to Dented’s requirements.
- Scope and assess hail damage at required job sites.
- Have continued oversight of additional estimate writers added or outsourced during periods of peak demand.
- Attend calls/meetings as required.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in estimate writing in both Mitchell and Audatex (Qapter).
- A solid understanding of various Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, ReconPro and Progi Sync.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- You are a self-directed individual, able to manage escalations and work with your team to bring resolution to the matter.
- You have or are working towards your ICAR Estimator designation.
