Job Title: Administrative Services Manager (1 vacancy)

**Job Type**: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)
Wage: $45/hour
Work Location: 2105 Victoria Ave E, Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada

Job duties include:
Plan human resource requirements in conjunction with store manager and shift supervisors
Develop and coordinate internal and external recruitment activities
Administer employee wages and benefits, career development, language training and health and safety programs
Develop communication strategy regarding customer requests and complaints and provide training to store manager, shift supervisors and crew members
Support Wendy’s headquarter to develop yearly media plan and execution
Identify appropriate media opportunities to increase Wendy’s brand awareness and drive store reputation
Plan and execute full spectrum of internal communication programs for employee’s engagement, events organizing, town hall meeting, key milestone celebration, internal cross-functional seminars, annual meeting, etc.
Support store manager/ shift supervisors in other administrative services such as on-job training, record management, and security etc.

Job requirements:
Completion of a university degree or college diploma is required
More than five years of experience at a professional level in business administration, human resources, communications, and customer relation is required
Excellent strategic thinking, understanding and learning ability
Excellent communication skills and team spirit
Strong planning, organizing and execution capabilities
Strong sense of responsibility
