**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and evaluate customer needs
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Demonstrated success in business development and customer service
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in technical sales and outside sales preferred
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics to drive business decisions
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous
- Strong sales aptitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Effective account management abilities
- Must be fluent in English and in French
