Sandbanks River Country Campground - Guest Services (Picton, ON)

Job Summary:
Sandbanks River Country Campground is a family campground located in beautiful Prince Edward County directly behind the world famous Sandbanks Provincial Park. The Sandbanks Provincial Park has one of the top beaches in Ontario and is only a two-minute walk from our park. You can enjoy your days off on the beach or after your shift for a quick cool down.

Responsibilities and Duties:
The Guest Services Representative will be required to assist in the processing of guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning campsites, and issuing camp and parking passes. Process all payment types such as reservations charges, cash, cheques, debit, or credit. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Communicate parking procedures and boating/renting rules to guests/visitors and dispatch maintenance staff as needed. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest. Run daily reports. Verify till at shift beginning and close till at shift end according to accounting specifications. Process transactions from our small retail store. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of store/office, deck and beach area.

Qualifications and Skills:
A current student.

A love of working outdoors and summer outdoor activities.

A person who focuses on customer service.

A person who can speak french.

**Compensation**:

**Salary: $17.50-19.50/hour dependant on experience**

**End of season bonus**

**Student residence provided on site as part of the compensation package.**

**Discount at our store and canteen.**

**Schedule: 5 days/week, every Saturday and holiday weekends, 40 hours/week**
