We are looking for an HR Service Delivery Coordinator to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the HR Service Delivery Coordinator, you will work as a contract employee (9 month contract) within our People Services team. You will be responsible for supporting the HR service delivery function, which supports and provides services to employees and managers. This role reports to the HR Service Delivery Manager and partners with other People Services teams (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits) to drive operational effectiveness, service excellence of employee lifecycle events, and a positive employee experience, ensuring accuracy and alignment with agreed standards across North America.
A Day in the Life
- Complete regular People Services processes, such as managing U.S. & Canada tuition reimbursements, creating and managing contingent worker positions, and approving specified employee data changes
- Serve as first point of contact for North American employees and managers for HR ticketing system (Tier 1 AskHR tickets), serve as Tier 1 support for AskHR tickets, and assign tickets to appropriate HR Subject Matter Expert (“SME”) for Tier 2 support
- Collaborate with the HR Service Delivery Manager and other HR Centers of Excellence (“COEs”) and SMEs to design and maintain process and guideline documents related to HR business processes and deploy communication on company intranet site and relevant people portals
- Manage new hire communications, learning assignments, and orientation invitations. Manage new hire orientation facilitator schedules and serve as an orientation facilitator
- Establish and maintain a clear focus on continuous improvement and drive/exemplify best practices across People Services
- Drive standardization, simplification, and automation to support department objectives, and meet efficiency standards
- Foster relationships and partner with the HR Service Delivery Manager and cross-functional teams to help execute projects, programs, and initiatives to support business and employee growth and success, as well as regularly established processes such as year-end, benefits open-enrollment and payroll year-end activities
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Workday experience preferred
- Quick to adapt to and learn new technologies
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in work product
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and communicate effectively
