**Responsibilities**:

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry is required.

- Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and maximize profitability.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations and handle challenges effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or business management are a plus.
