At VistaVu, we wake up every day using technology to solve important business problems that help our customers Run Great As we have grown to over 100 employees, with a plan to triple in the next three years, we seek an "Executive Partner" for our CEO.

You must have a high sense of urgency to assist the CEO with remaining current, connected, and successful in his role. You will support the CEO as an "Executive Partner", considering the needs of the entire organization and provide support to the Executive Team connecting work streams and communications to the broader organization to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to work in our Calgary downtown office from Monday-Friday.

**What will you be doing?**
- Support the CEO and Executive Team in making time, information, and decision-making more effective.
- Complete a wide variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects, designing, and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations, collecting, and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties, composing and preparing correspondence, maintaining contact lists, making travel arrangements, as well as completing expense and mileage reports.
- Create and manage the rhythm of business (ROB) for the Executive. This includes choreographing critical meetings and operational cadence, financial deadlines for the planning cycle, planning sessions, business reporting and more. Managing ROB ensures the business runs smoothly, effectively, and efficiently.
- Meticulously manage the CEO’s time, complex, and frequently changing calendar, coordinating all appointments, conference calls and meetings as directed to ensure commitments are met (for example, follow-up on NPS / Customer Satisfaction scores, contacting every client once/year, all materials required for meetings is submitted and available the CEO well in advance of meetings).
- Work closely with the CEO to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Have a sense of the issues in the environment and keep the CEO updated.
