As a Digital Manufacturing Applications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing sales demonstrations, technical support, and training to our clients. You will help our clients maximize the value of their software investments. This position combines technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with customers to understand their unique manufacturing requirements and processes.
- Provide expert-level technical support for CAMWorks, Solidworks CAM, and SWOOD software.
- Conduct software installations, updates, and configuration for clients.
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations and training sessions for prospects and customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for software sales and upselling.
- Assist clients in optimizing their workflows and processes using the software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and industry trends.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and software-related activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machinist, or a related field.
- Knowledge or experience with CAMWorks, Solidworks, and SWOOD software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- CAD and CAM certifications are a plus.
