- 3 to 5 years organizational change management experience,
- Leading organizational change management transformation efforts including supply chain management
- Ability to develop and successfully deliver change management strategies, plans, tactics with measurable and achievable objectives including: conduct stakeholder assessments, impact assessments, data assessment, developing recommendations and report findings, conduct process roll mapping
- Develop program communications including, newsletters, videos, report writing, user manuals, and change presentations
- Develop training plans, conduct training needs analysis, develop, deliver and rollout training
- Conduct change readiness assessments, assess change risks
- Facilitate workshop design, delivery and document outcomes
- Must have experience working with various change methodologies including PROSCI
- Development and implementation of logical and easy-to-understand change management assessments and plans, including readiness, knowledge transition,
- Ability to work effectively at all levels of organizations and to determine the level of impact to various stakeholder groups within the business
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, including guiding cross-functional teams through complex change
- Aptitude to work in a collaborative team and project environment
- Influencing skills to effectively engage various business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal, as well as effective facilitation and presentation abilities
- Change Management accreditation would be an asset

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
