**Position Status**: Temporary Full-Time (12-month contract)

**Available**: Immediately

**Description of the Position**:
The Project Manager Brand Strategy is responsible for supporting the Marketing Team with project workflow through the internal Creative Services and Patient Ambassador teams. They are accountable for the intake and prioritization of job requests, communication of resource allocation, as well as the planning and executing of timelines to bring program requirements to completion.

**You will**:

- Act as primary point of contact for the internal marketing team at the onset of project initiation
- Anticipate and manage the intake of project request forms
- Develop and maintain a system for prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Work in close collaboration with the Creative Resource Manager for team assignments and resource allocation
- Join forces with the Go-to-Market team to assess the needs and deliverables of priority marketing programs in accordance to approved marketing calendar
- Create and manage project timelines, identifying key milestones that will support deliverables
- Partner with Creative Services and Patient Ambassador teams to ensure requests are clear and deliverables are tracking as scheduled
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with Marketing Managers and internal stakeholders, monitoring project progress and conducting status meetings on an ongoing basis
- Establish knowledge of each fundraising channel business requirements and proactively anticipates client needs, identifies solutions and increases the value of service
- Serve as the procurement process expert within the Marketing team, which includes partnering with internal finance team and managing administration requirements for third-party invoices

**Required Skills**:
**Qualifications**:

- Project Management Professional or Prince2 certification
- Proficiency in Project Management Tools
- 5+ years in progressive Project Management roles with understanding of marketing strategy and support, overall media landscape, digital and brand advertising
- Prior experience at an advertising agency will be considered an asset
- Comprehension of the creative development and production processes
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional influencing skills
- Experience managing and working in collaboration with creative agencies
- Superior attention to detail as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills
- A “hands on” creative and dynamic approach for delivering project results with a focus on best practices
- Strong project management and performance measurement skills
- Ability to think strategically and problem solve
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage a large volume of work while thriving in a fast paced, high expectation environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and demands at a time
- Highly proficient in use of Microsoft 365 including MS Project

**Total Compensation Package**:
**Hiring Salary Range**: $80,051.00 - $100,065.00; with the ability to progress to a maximum of $115,076.00. To ensure fair and equitable pay at SickKids Foundation, placement on the salary

range will be based on your years of experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the Project Manager Brand Strategy.
