We manage every step within the art development and supply chain process - from art consulting, publishing, and manufacturing. We manufacture in-house, which allows us to offer accessible prices, shorter lead times and uncompromised quality. A state-of-the-art print department offers extensive printing options on traditional papers, alternative substrates, and vinyl wallcovering.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Assists with receiving product or allocating product to the factory
- Assists with quality control for incoming merchandise
- Ships and receive all parts and materials when needed
- Coordinates packing and shipping of all goods, including assembling packages, weighing them, and tracking costs
- Resolves discrepancies between orders and goods, such as delays, condition, weight, quality, etc.
- Maintain inventory of incoming, stored, and outgoing goods, as well as current space available
- Performs general housekeeping tasks within the shipping & receiving area
- Performs general duties and assist production team as required.
- Ensures that all shipments leaving the facility are labeled and documented correctly
- Ensures that the print and shipping areas are maintained properly

**Education and Experience**
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with preparing international shipments including customs documents is an asset
- Must have a valid forklift license
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

**Core Competencies**
- High attention to detail essential with ability to work independently with mínimal supervision in a busy environment
- High attention to internal and external customer needs
- Ability to operate Forklift and Pump Trucks safely and efficiently
- Physically capable of performing the essential duties of the job and lifting up to 50lb
- Good written and oral communication skills
- High attention to company’s health & safety rules
- Ability to multitask and assist production team when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$16.48 per hour
