**Summary**:
Reporting to the Director of Western Canada Sales - A. Lassonde Inc. has an excellent opportunity for an experienced KAM to support the **Pattison Food Group (PFG)** portfolio. This would also include some Affiliated Banner groups.

**Key Activities**:

- Deliver against Business Plan targets on National and Private Brands.
- Develop joint business plans with the key account reflecting Brand and Category objectives.
- Manage and negotiate all national, preferred or exclusivity agreements, new product listings, distribution, pricing and promotions, trade and marketing investment, deductions.
- Manage forecasting and trade spend.
- Prepare deal and costing sheets.
- Increase profitable sales, category growth and identify innovative opportunities.

**Education & Experience required**:

- University degree - B. Com in Business/Marketing and/or Finance or equivalent experience/education.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CPG Account Management.
- Pattison Food Group experience (an asset).

**Competencies**:

- Strong business and financial acumen and business development capabilities.
- Strong and effective negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret information, identify issues and their causes; use good judgment in making decisions to resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Able to forge strong relationships.

**Specific condition of the position**:

- Travel is required in this position.
