The sales and rental admin assistant opening is located at 5797 Prince of Wales Dr, North Gower, Ontario with Trailer Pros Canada a subsidiary company of Leisure Days RV Group.

**Along with the salary there are competitive commission and bonus.**

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Answer the phones and field calls for office employees, transfer to the appropriate individual.
- Greet customers, clients and staff and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
- Support the Sales Team and perform back -up related duties when required.
- Collect, open, and distribute incoming mail on a daily basis; maintain mailing lists.
- Maintain a daily activity schedule for employees as required.
- Respond to office services requests and inquiries
- Verify, sign, and process for daily incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the General Manager / Sales Manager.
- Complete word processing and photocopying as requested.
- Order, distribute, and maintain an inventory of in-stock such as stationary, forms and office supplies.
- Coordinate the scheduling of office space for meetings and in-service training as required
- Take minutes for meetings as requested and maintain corresponding filing systems.
- Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities
- Adhere to Leisure Days RV Group Policies and Procedures
- Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate company personnel.

**Key Qualities & Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role - office settings
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to multi-task along with good time-management skills
- Customer service attitude with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Secondary School Diploma or completion of a clerical or receptionist training program is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Demonstrated ability and competency with respect to keyboarding, multi-line telephone systems and standard office equipment.
- Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
