We believe in creating lasting relationships with our clients, which is why we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Care Manager to join our team.
**Position Overview**
The Customer Care Manager is key to our post-sale operations, ensuring that our clients receive ongoing support and care after their purchase. From follow-ups to handling any concerns, the Customer Care Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining Pacific Nations' high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Conduct a follow-up call within 24-48 hours post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and answering any questions
- Confirm payment processing on the client’s first payment date and address any issues
- Send reminders every three months, starting at three months post-sale, for oil changes and vehicle performance check-ins
- Manage client inquiries, feedback, and complaints, coordinating with repair shops or towing services when needed
- Encourage clients to post a social media recommendation, offering a $20 Visa gift card as a thank-you
- Regularly check in for trade-in interest and client feedback
- Administer annual surveys and document compliance audits to support continuous improvement
- Support loyalty and client retention initiatives by managing milestone-based discounts, special events, and loyalty programs
