**Primary Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Schools Operations Manager, this position would consist mainly managing all incoming charter requests. You would also assist and be available to complete special projects and support Schools Operations (Route changes, Payroll, GPS reports etc.).
**Requirements**:
**Shift: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm**
**Knowledge & Skill Requirements**
- Excellent, strong, proven customer service experience
- Manage and pull a variety of reports as per the managers directive
- Clean criminal record search
- Excellent time and stress management skills
- Good administration and customer service skills
- Good organization and communication skills
- Proficient in computer software experience in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Understanding of transportation company an asset
- Must hold a clean driving record
- Geographic Knowledge of surrounding area (Kitchener, Waterloo & Cambridge)
