Ensure that the kitchen operations are run in a smooth, efficient manner.
Work with the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen - ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations.
Work well under pressure and confine to tight deadlines.
Adhere to portion control and quality requirements.
Contribute to the menu's design and offer new ideas and suggestions.
Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
**Requirements**:
previous experience in a fast-food restaurant is a plus.
Ability to work in a team.
Excellent time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Physical stamina to work long hours on your feet.
Diploma from a culinary school is an advantage.
