- Summary_:
- Evo Car Share, built by BCAA, is seeking a people centric and results focused Business Development Coordinator to support the growth of Evo Business Accounts. Your primary responsibilities are:
- Identify potential clients, their needs, and their decision makers-
- Initiate discussions and present product offering propositions-
- Coordinate new business account agreements-
- Maintain existing client relationships to sustain existing business- This role is supported by the Sr. Manager of Customer Operations and requires a drivers’ license and travel within Evo home zones (Metro Vancouver/ Victoria).
- Key Responsibilities_:
Key Responsibilities & Subsequent Duties- Identify potential clients and key partners, divisions and decision makers through research and networking- Initiate conversations and deliver product proposals relevant to their organization- Identify client needs and supporting resources (marketing collateral, lunch & learns, etc.), work with internal team members to deliver requirements to client- Support existing business relationships through regular communication and touchpoints- Maintain organized records of business accounts for growth tracking purposes- Provide continuous feedback internally to support business account product development roadmap- Collect relevant feedback from Business clients to be shared with Evo’s management team to advise future decisions- Collaborate with Evolve on potential cross-promotional opportunities

- Qualifications_:
Education- Business or marketing degree/ diploma (or in progress) or relevant comparable work experience;
Experience- 1 year of experience in business development, sales, and marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Other Skills / Qualifications- Experience in sales and business development preferred- Experience in mobility or transportation is a strong asset- Excellent understanding of sales concepts and principles- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills- Creative problem solver with proven track-record for crafting outstanding solutions in order to achieve results- Valid BC Driver’s License with a clear driver’s abstract required for travel throughout the province (annual driver’s abstract required). Must be able to drive Evo
