We are hiring a Store Project Specialist (Softgoods) to join us as our corporate teams grow & develop

Store Project Specialist - (Softgoods) Accountabilities:

- Coordinate new store set-ups, renovations and other store projects for the Hardgoods/Grocery areas.
- Provide training to store teams and supervisors to inform staff on merchandising standards in Grocery and Hardgoods
- Provides manager post mortems to improve the set up process for new stores/renovations and other projects
- Photographically document merchandising progress in stores while creating a database of photos for future use.
- Gather merchandising and strategy information from GTs competition to identify possible opportunities for fixtures, merchandising ideas, etc.
- Be a Giant Tiger advocate and community leader.

Store Project Specialist - (Softgoods) Knowledge and Skills:

- Minimum High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- Relevant work experience and knowledge of retail business process
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual (English / French)
