**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads according to recipes and established standards
- Decorate pastries using various techniques such as piping, glazing, and icing
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new pastry items and seasonal menus
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation guidelines
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in a restaurant or catering setting
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality pastries
- Excellent time management skills to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Attention to detail and precision in decorating pastries
- Creativity in developing new pastry flavors and designs
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues

Pay: $17.95-$22.00 per hour
