Forbest Academy is a leading student-centered learning institute based in the Greater Vancouver area. We offer an array of courses ranging from English (K-12, IELTS, CELPIP, SAT, SSAT) and French (TEF, TCF) to Math and Science (K-12, AP, and IB) to fulfill students’ needs for greater academic achievement.

Job Duties:

- Oversee daily operations of the business
- Develop and implement standardized visual controls allowing faster response from teachers and employees to clients
- Establish financial and administrative controls
- Formulate and approve educational promotion/marketing campaigns
- Approve overall human resources planning
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts)
- Improve communication strategy/process with clients and teachers
- Evaluate teachers’ and other employees’ productivity and the company financial performance
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Keep up-to-date concepts and strategies in Education field

**Requirements**:

- Post secondary education is required, prefer in business administration, finance or other related field.
- 5 years of experience as a middle manager, prefer in an education institution or organization
