**MUST BE ABLE TO ESTIMATE**

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in using POS systems for sales transactions and inventory management
- Sales management experience, including setting targets and driving sales performance
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations and financial analysis
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers

**Salary**: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
