**Job description**:

- Set, plan, develop and implement social media campaigns and strategies.
- Create engaging text for social media, including tags and hashtags.
- Respond to customers on social media in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
- Monitor, track and report on online engagement; craft new strategies accordingly.
- Liaise with the rest of the media/ comm’/ marketing team, including by sharing all and every work on digital collaborative platform so created content remains available at all times to the different team members.
- Stay up to date with digital technology and industry trends: adapt content to the algorithm, follow industry shapers and trends, and craft strategies and suggestions.
- Maintain engagement from followers and keep our accounts visible by the algorithm (followship, comments, tracking trends by scrolling).
- Online media and influencer relations: respond to requests, create partnerships.

**Expectations, qualifications**:

- College Diploma or Bachelors Degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Social Media or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience with design development tools (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash or similar). Keen eye for design and details.
- Experience in content creation.
- Experience in product and food-based industries preferred.
- Autonomous and pro-active: you will be part of a small team that requires talents to work with little supervision and to take initiatives and problem-solve.

**Job specificities**:

- Freelance contract.
- Around 10 hours a week.
- Pay depending on experience and qualifications. $22.5-$25 an hour
- Mobility: trips to the office/kitchen to strategize with the owner + work from home.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $22.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
