- Help resolve any guest concerns or issues in a professional manner.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in using POS systems for managing reservations and orders.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
- Prior experience in restaurant or hotel settings is a plus, but not mandatory.
