Position Summary:
A Keyholder is required to take an active role in maximizing sales and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Takes a lead role in providing guidance, training and coaching on company initiatives, sales programs and product knowledge to maximize sales and earnings.
- Day to day:_
- Partners with management to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Leads, promotes and coaches selling and cultivates an inspired selling culture with associates.
- Maximizes sales opportunities by leveraging the sales capabilities of associates by using current selling techniques.
- Accountable for the prevention and resolution of customer issues by ensuring a high level of customer service is provided by associates.
- Models, promotes and partners with management to hold others accountable for customer service excellence.
- Responsible for executing, communicating and ensuring understanding of promotions and incentive programs.
- Upholds Plenty’s image through maintained regulated policies
- You are:_
- A natural leader with great individual style.
- Familiar with the company and product with a willingness to learn.
- Equipped with retail know-how and exceptional problem solving skills.
- Qualifications:_
- 1 year management experience in a retail-oriented environment.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
