Our goal is to build strong relationships advising our clients along their life's journey.

The mission of the Communications Associate is to connect with 10 clients on a daily basis to engage with them in setting up a connecting call or face to face insurance or financial service review. Although a first level entry position there is a great opportunity for career advancement.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate and schedule team, zoom and phone appointments.
- Establish customer relationships, follow up and update information with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based process to educate customers about insurance options.

**Job Requirements**:

- Self-starter and motivated
- Confident phone and digital communication skills with clients
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze invoice statements and update client files.
- Strong communication and verbal skills.
- Assist clients with digital access and good document management.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent college or university graduates welcome.
- 2 years of customer service experience an asset.
- Knowledge of financial documents.
- Ability to use computer software and ease with communication technology.
- Second language is a plus.
- Continuous desire to improve.
