Our people are our best and most important asset and through the development of this incredible team of people along with the growth of our business, we are now seeking to add a Commercial Sales Development Rep to our team.

As a member of the Sales Team, reporting to our Inside Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Sales and Business Development to help identify, develop, and manage meaningful direct sales and commercial partnerships for Airfoam.

We are located on the Langley/Surrey border, just off Hwy 10.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and identify new prospects.
- Source and qualify opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads, and follow through to a successful agreement.
- Drive lead conversion and actively grow our consumer base.
- Work with out outside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales team targets.
- Actively manage past, current, and prospective accounts through regular outreach and customer relations.
- Understand the target markets, including industry, public policy, regional programs, companies, projects, and which market and product mix strategies can be used to attract clients.
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on the competitive landscape.
- Maintain customer activity in CRM platform.
- Respond promptly to all inbound leads.

**What you bring to our team**:

- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, and customer management.
- Experience in relevant industries such as construction, manufacturing, or building products distribution.
- Excellent organizational, strategic, planning, and implementation skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently with little supervision.
- Motivated self-starter with proven selling skills.
- Possess a can-do attitude and hunger to learn.
- Strong presentation and both verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate. professionally and tactfully to internal and external stakeholders.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
