**Role Responsibilities**
- **Inbound/Outbound Freight Management & Movement**:

- Loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight which includes materials, machinery and chemicals.
- Drive and operate light vehicle(s) and forklift.
- **Manage Inventory & Inventory Control**:

- Monitor stocking levels & shelf-life inventory.
- Put away parts into storage locations.
- Process requisitions, issue, pick, package & move material; distribute parts for customer delivery.
- Perform cycle counts and complete accurate adjustments within the ERP system.
- Review and recommend adjustments; accurate and timely data entry into the ERP system.
- Prepare and generate warehouse reports and record keeping.
- **Delivery**:

- Delivery of equipment and materials to other business areas.
- **Receiving & Shipping**:

- Verify & inspect incoming material & documentation, process receipts and track shipments.
- Prepare domestic, US & international outgoing freight packaging specifications; complete documentation and labelling, comply with customs & export requirements and prepare Customs Declarations.
- **Master Data Maintenance**:

- Master data governance for material master input and change.
- **Warehouse Maintenance and Housekeeping**:

- Maintain and clean & organized work area.

**Role Requirements**
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience performing similar activities within a logistic environment.
- Consider an asset:

- A Journeyman Parts Ticket or Warehousing Technician Certificate.
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods certificate.
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license is required.
- Experience operating a forklift is required.
- Knowledge and understanding of provincial, national and international supply chains: including, but not limited to carriers such as railways, trucking, and shipping.
- Ability to problem solve and deliver customer centric solutions.
- Ability to establish to maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
- Implements continuous improvement opportunities to drive value for SCM.
- Ensures all business needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
