What you’ll be doing:_**

As the Invoicing Specialist, you will be reporting to the Controller. You will be responsible for owning and maintaining the automated accounts payable tool (Docupeak), coordinating and processing vendor bills and credits, reconciling vendor account statements.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Managing and owning our Accounts Payable automation tool (Docupeak)
- Processing and coding vendor bills in a timely manner in Docupeak
- Maintain workflows and approvals to ensure quick-time processing of vendor bills
- Respond to internal and external client account inquiries
- Supporting team with vacation coverage
- Other duties assigned by Controller

- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Office particularly Word & Excel
