Tridon Communications is currently seeking a Quality Coordinator to fill a 12-month contract based out of our Edmonton head office. Possibility for the position to turn full time permanent upon completion of contract.

**Job Summary**:
The Quality Coordinator will support the Manager, Quality & Training in the maintenance, development, and continual improvement of Tridon’s Quality Management System. Working with all levels of Management, you will oversee all aspects of Tridon’s QMS to ensure forward movement and compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.

**What you Bring**:

- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree with a certificate in quality management or equivalent discipline
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or experience as a QMS Internal Auditor
- Proficiency with computer software programs, including Microsoft Office productivity suite, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint
- Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking and high-level time management skills
- Extremely detail-oriented, efficient and an analytical thinker with a solution focus
- Ability to communicate effectively with others about quality standards and how to achieve them and the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
- Self starter with meticulous work ethic
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong public speaking skills for training and facilitating meetings, both in person and virtually
- A team player, able to work in a team environment or independently

**What You’ll do**:

- Liaison with staff at all levels to document and control department policy, process, work instructions and relevant forms to support the company
- Working with multiple systems, maintain plans and analysis for all new and current programs
- Manage all planning, documentation, and scheduling of audit team and branch locations for Tridon’s Annual Internal Audit
- Participate in internal audits where required, including travel to additional Tridon locations
- Coordinate the execution and monitoring of corrective and preventative actions through to completion and root cause analysis
- Promote, train, and advocate quality performance improvement across the organization by creating process training videos
- Prepare agendas for and minutes of all quality-related meetings and retain as quality records
- Manage the resources section of TriLink, Tridon’s company intranet
- Support leadership with developing and directing quality improvement initiatives for all company products and services.
- Present quality information for new hires at Tridon’s company orientation
- Conduct quarterly management review meetings with leadership team to review and discuss outstanding corrective actions and high-level quality items
- Ensure ongoing compliance with local, national, and international standards and legislation.
- Promote the adoption of quality into Tridon’s culture to assist all employees with incorporating quality methods into their daily work

Our Engineering, Radio Communications, Data Communications, Security, Mobility, and Tower Divisions collaborate with customers to build custom solutions for their wireless communication needs. We have been supplying wireless communication products and services to Alberta industry since 1981. We operate eight service shops in Fort McMurray, Edmonton, Edson, Hinton, Calgary, Athabasca, Saskatoon & Terrace British Columbia.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
