**What you will do**:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Assistant provides administrative support to enable the smooth operation of the teams under his/her responsibility. He/she will support the Executive Director and her team through a variety of tasks related to work organization and ensure smooth communications between departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the organization of meetings, including, booking space and coordinating schedules for management staff, booking travel and hotel rooms ;
- Schedule meetings and take minutes, follow up on items arising from meetings and assist in the preparation of presentation reports;
- Coordinate VIP arrivals, complete and send VIP cards, ensure distribution of VIP cards;
- Actively participate in the preparation of the Daily Briefing reports (including numbers, comments, Bravas, anniversaries, etc.) and publish them daily;
- Support the Executive Director in managing the schedule, based on the availability of participants, ensuring that there are no conflicts with other priorities or changes in priorities, ensuring the preparation of files required for the meetings
- In collaboration with the Executive Director, participate in certain financial analyses and basic internal controls.
- Translate various documents from French to English and vice versa;
- Support the team of directors in the implementation and updating of various reports and analysis;
- Provide support to the Lodges coordination, answering reservation requests, transmitting post-stay satisfaction surveys, accepting payments, etc.
- Perform all other related duties.

**To be successful in this position, you will need**:

- Have a professional degree (DEC) in administration
- Have two (2) years of experience in administrative support;
- Master the Windows environment and Office suite;
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in an accounting department (an asset)

- Strong communication skills (oral and written) in both English and French;
- Good organization and prioritization of requests, work ethic and discretion;
- Ability to adapt to changes and react quickly;
- Experience in collaboration and teamwork attitude.
- Experience in accounting is an asset
