**Job description**:

- Greet groups for the sledding activity (explanation of the code of conduct and the different rules) and guide them during the descent;
- Assemble and disassemble safety nets and signage and perform regular inspections to ensure the safety of the customers;
- Participate in ensuring that the shelters are operational, clean and that the necessary equipment for the sledding activity is available (e.g.: food, etc.);
- Promote the company's products and services to the customers;
- Participate in collecting customer feedback;
- Ensure the control of the equipment inventory in collaboration with the departments concerned and participate in the implementation of control systems;
- The above duties are not restrictive; other related duties consistent with this job description or within his/her capabilities may be assigned as needed.

**Your skills and assets**:

- Have a high school diploma or be in the process of obtaining one;
- Ski patroller certification by an organization accredited by the Ministère de l'Éducation du Loisir et du Sport;
- Two-year experience in customer service;
- Experience in driving snowmobiles and recreational vehicles in rough terrain (asset);
- Master a winter sport (asset);
- Advanced level of English;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility;
- Organizational skills.
