**Job Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to)**:

- Plan, develop and implement youth focused therapeutic activities and programs responsive to the individual and collective needs of the clients
- Facilitate daily therapeutic groups, including DBT, CBT, effective communication, problem solving, and social skills
- Support clients with academic efforts
- Provide individual support to clients through individual sessions, utilizing CBT and DBT as part of treatment
- When in Senior Day Treatment Programs: Provide therapeutic support to clients and families in mornings as needed via text or telephone with possible visits to client’s homes
- Participate in daily team debriefings, team meetings, clinical supervision with Program Manager
- Complete daily client contact notes in EMHWare

**Qualifications**:

- Child and Youth Counsellor Diploma, Social Service Worker or similar
- Must be certified in NVCI
- ASIST, ASK training is an asset
- Experience with DBT and CBT treatment modalities
- Minimum of 2 years providing treatment to adolescents with mental health concerns
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, strong organizational skills, time management skills and proven ability to work as a member of a team
- Valid driver’s license and daily use of own vehicle (appropriate insurance required)
- Valid police check
