**The Position**:
To assist with a variety of responsibilities in the Finance department related to Finance, Accounting, Tax and Controlling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in general ledger accounting entries or reconciliations of accounting transactions.
- Assist in record retention review and support. Support budgeting process through system support and user training.

This position is based in the Burlington, Ontario office located at 5180 South Service Road and is **flexible **.

Employees in flexible roles are required to be at the office a minimum of 50% of the time each month and must report to the office when requested and required by their Manager/Department.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in excel (pivot tables, look ups)
- Aptitude for numbers
- Basic accounting/finance courses Team player, strong work ethic and motivated to learn and contribute
