- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
