RESPONSIBILITIES as Site Foreman
- Consult construction plans and grading plans
- Make sure house is built as per plans and as per Ontario Building Code
- Prepare and follow construction schedule with house closing and enforce employee construction timelines
- Report issues concerning subtrades work time frame
- Keep projects on track by monitoring subtrades execution and work quality
- Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes
- Consult customer changes with Project Coordinator, ensuring changes or reflected on site
- Update project manager on construction progress daily
- Place material orders with suppliers (refer to house scheduling)
- Job oversight, including timely identification of problems and proposal of creative solutions
- Overview of jobsite safety practices
- Overview of house quality control
- Overview of house cleaning between every subtrades
- Responsible for construction winter conditions

Responsibilities as Estimator
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project
- Estimate costs by looking at the entire project
- Present cost estimates to upper management
- Prepare reports detailing all of the costs going into a project
- Input cost data into company database
- Notice differences between estimated cost and actual cost
- Look at customer requirements for a project
- Work with the sales team to prepare proposals

Qualifications for Estimator
- 2 years of experience working as an estimator
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to put together a professional presentation
- Ability to create reports on costing data
- Amazing analytical and math skills
- Ability to work well on a team
- Very detail oriented
- Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
- Deep knowledge of how processes work

**Salary**: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
