Reporting to the Manager ‑ Physical Plant, Maintenance & Biomedical Services, the Coordinator will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Electrical and Systems within the building, along with the associated staff. The Coordinator will also assist with the Biomedical services staff and the servicing of medical devices and related systems. Areas of responsibilities include: 2 MW Cogeneration Facility electrical systems, emergency backup diesel generators, electrical building infrastructure, building automation systems, elevators, inspection of electrical equipment, utilities services, fire and life safety systems, CMMS. provide on call service. The Coordinator will also participate as required in TBRHSC systems including: Security, IT/IS, Parking Systems, Capital and Operational Projects, Energy Efficiency Projects.

Qualifications:

- Minimum‑ Technical/Trade Certificate from a Canadian College. Experience in electrical or biomedical; or an

engineering diploma or degree preferred
- A minimum of five years in a technical and/or supervisory position
- Project management, time management, maintenance planning or management

CMMS software, Material Management Systems, Microsoft Office, MS Project, etc
- Functional knowledge of facility systems and components including mechanical, electrical, civil structural,

architectural and life safety
- Proficient in the interpretation of plans, specifications, technical drawings and service manuals
- Analytical problem solving ability combined with strong work ethics and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commitment to customer services
- Maintains competency in E.S.A, Ontario Building Regulations, T.S.S.A, C.S.A. and O.F.C., etc.

Salary Range: $50.081 to 58.919
