**On-Site Manager (**_**Truffles Catering)**_

**Job Purpose**: On-Site Managers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, food and beverage service, and leading the team’s efforts in setting up and taking down events. Our event service team is a part of the event atmosphere and perform an integral role in elevating the guest experience.

**Position Details**:Full-time or part-time opportunities are available, must have weekend availability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading the on-site team to successfully execute event setup, take-down, and service.
- Being the main on-site point of contact for clients and team members.
- Working at various locations around Victoria with a team of engaged servers, bartenders, and culinary staff.
- Creating memorable and lasting guest experiences by providing outstanding customer service.
- Using your brilliant people skills, combined with enthusiasm, to connect with your event hosts and your on-site team.
- Working in a fast-paced environment.
- Share a love and passion for food and beverage.
- Contributing and participating within a team of positive, high-achievers who care about their guests and the company they are representing.
- Such other and unrelated duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Employer.

**Education, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous service industry experience, ideally in events or banquets
- Previous leadership experience, ideally in the F&B service industry
- A valid BC driver’s licence and your own vehicle (an asset)
- Serving It Right and Food Safe Certifications
- A confident, customer focused personality with great communication skills
- High-level attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- An ability to work on your own and within a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
