**Job Title**:Quotations, Inside Sales and Customer Service**

**NOTE**:Temporary 9-month position to cover for a parental leave.

**BASIC FUNCTIONS**:

- Work with agents, customers and colleagues to provide direct sales as well as quotes, build costing, pricing and design
- Guide Customer Service in identifying sinks and navigating custom job requirements and restrictions
- Inspect and accept/ reject custom products according to quality and adherence to design
- Create faucet approval drawings and custom sink design approval drawings

**Responsibilities and DELIVERABLES**:

- Identify sinks from various origins in terms of Novanni product equals, alternates or custom designs
- Create and prepare detailed CAD (Computer Assisted Design) drawings for projects through communication with customers, measurements, sketches & specifications
- Prepare cost and material estimates to deliver job quotes for customers
- Guide Customer Service in ensuring proper inputs are attained to create manufacturing specifications, and work with the manufacturing teams to ensure that design specifications are in-line with capabilities.
- Gather & analyze competitor product offerings and pricing
- Assist Customer Service by answering phone calls, providing customers and sales agents with prices and product information
- Use SAGE ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to determine pricing and availability of catalogue products in response to inquiries
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
**ED**UCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
Currently studying in Engineering (Design, Mechanical) or experience in quoting for mechanical sales.

- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Mechanical aptitude with good math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)
- Proficiency and experience with SAGE ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CAD (Computer Assisted Design)
- Strong Computer Skills (Typing, Excel, Outlook, Word, internet, etc.)
- Proficiency with Autodesk and SolidWorks
- Sense of urgency in responding to customers
- Communicates well with colleagues and teams
- Bilingual (French) an asset
