Workplace Options is seeking a Legal PR Specialist to join our team. This role researches and enrolls qualified lawyers into WPO's network legal benefit. Legal PR Specialist will utilize online databases to recruit providers based upon service priorities. This position is a hybrid role with working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit providers into the Legal EAP Network.
- Enter provider information into our database/case management system.
- Proactively manage caseload.
- Complete all tasks promptly and according to the production and quality guidelines set by management.
- Adhere to all data privacy and security requirements globally.
- Respond to provider inquiries within the specified turnaround times.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in French and English [verbal, writing, reading]
- Well-honored research skills
- can perform web research creatively, quickly, and efficiently.
