**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics, flyers, and presentations - within our brand standards.
- Assist the Marketing and Sales team in conducting market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Assist in analyzing marketing and sales data to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing and sales initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Sales team, including organizing files and preparing reports.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Enrollment in a Relevant Post-Secondary Program: Currently enrolled in a degree program related to marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Marketing Principles: Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Motivated and Eager to Learn: Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and grow in the field of marketing and sales.

**Skills**:

- Creative Design Skills: Ability to collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials such as social media graphics, flyers, and presentations within brand standards.
- Market Research Skills: Capability to assist in conducting market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing marketing and sales data to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing and sales initiatives.

**Job Type**: Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 weeks

**Salary**: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
