**Position Overview**:
TRIZAN is looking for **Investors & Advisors** who are passionate about supporting innovative startups and entrepreneurs. As an **Investor & Advisor**, you will play a key role in helping shape the direction of new businesses within the TRIZAN ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence and invest in the creation of high-potential startups across various industries, from tech to sustainable products.

You will have the chance to be an integral part of exciting new ventures, advising on business strategy, product development, market positioning, and fundraising, while also providing funding for early-stage companies that show great promise. In addition, you’ll be joining a growing network of experienced investors and entrepreneurs who share your vision for innovation and impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Investment**:

- Evaluate and invest in new, high-potential startups that emerge from the TRIZAN ecosystem.
- Work closely with the TRIZAN team to identify and assess funding opportunities across diverse industries.
- Provide capital to early-stage companies that need support to scale their business operations, expand their product offerings, or enter new markets.
- **Advisory**:

- Provide strategic advice to entrepreneurs on business planning, product development, and market entry.
- Guide founders in refining their business models, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer acquisition strategies.
- Assist in navigating challenges in fundraising, marketing, sales, and growth.
- **Networking & Mentorship**:

- Leverage your network to connect startups with key industry players, partners, and customers.
- Share your expertise to help founders build sustainable, high-impact businesses.
- Offer insights into industry trends, emerging technologies, and business practices that can drive innovation.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with TRIZAN’s internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to provide comprehensive support to startups.
- Participate in quarterly advisory board meetings, pitch sessions, and strategic planning discussions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven track record of success as an investor or advisor in startup ventures, with experience in one or more industries such as technology, consumer products, health, sustainability, or e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of early-stage company needs, including fundraising, business scaling, market research, and operational development.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide advice, mentorship, and investor relations.
- Ability to analyze financial and market data to make informed investment decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, founders, and other investors.
