**Position Summary**:
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Support Point of Sale incident and service requests
- Create Point of Sale and Scan Gun profiles
- Perform password resets for Point of sale
- Testing key enhancements/solutions in our Lab Environment not limited to Point of Sale and Cardlock Solutions
- Monthly patching of Cardlock devices
- Provide technical assistance to our Petroleum Field Service Technicians
- Act as technical contact to 3rd Party Software Vendors
- Participate in on call 24*7 on call rotation
- Other duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications**:
- A desire to streamline customer experience
- Post-secondary education, IT technology diploma or relevant certification
- Experience with MPOS/CPOS in Microsoft Dynamics 365 an asset
- Experience with ServiceNow an asset
- Knowledge of the environment not limited to:
- Industry standard hardware, software and accessories
- Networking principles and local area networks/communication networks
- Windows 10
- Security best practices
- PCI DSS
- 2-3 years of related work experience with hardware/software systems and workstation based operating systems (Windows 10)
- 2-3 years related experience in an Application Support Role.
- Retail, and petroleum business knowledge/background an asset
- ITIL V3 Foundations certification
- Ability to manage relationships with customers, internal and external IT service providers
- Flexibility/Adaptability is required, especially when working in a team environment
- Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with ability to multi-task
- A natural desire to solve problems
- Proven organizational, decision making, time management and collaboration expertise
