**À propos du poste***
Nous cherchons un Préposé de soutien, Souscription, pour notre équipe grandissante
**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:
- Gérer les demandes entrantes de nos courtiers et répartir le travail à l'équipe de souscription selon différents niveaux d'ancienneté et rôles assignés.
- Allouer le travail et la correspondance à l'équipe de souscription quotidiennement.
- Assembler et préparer la sortie pour l'envoi avec un délai d'exécution le jour même.
- Peut commander divers rapports de souscription à partir du système informatique.
- Assister l'équipe de direction dans toutes les tâches requises.
- Identifier les problèmes et les problèmes pertinents, chercher à résoudre les problèmes et améliorer les processus de travail et partager avec l'équipe/la direction.
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements simples des courtiers rapidement et avec courtoisie.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration pour développer et maintenir des partenariats commerciaux positifs avec les courtiers et les collègues.

- Compréhension des principes et pratiques de souscription
- Très organisé pour gérer efficacement le flux de travail sans supervision continue
- Capacité de travailler indépendamment
- Initiative et capacité à travailler sous pression
- Compétences en clavier et connaissance des ordinateurs requises
- Expérience avec les logiciels et les systèmes de souscription basés sur Windows, de préférence
- Doit être capable de développer une compétence dans l'utilisation et la connaissance de tous les systèmes informatiques liés à leur fonction
- Excellentes capacités de communication
- Joueur d'équipe
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada
