Osteopathic Practitioner for a Wolfville Wellness
6 months ago
As the only Osteopath on staff at High Tide Wellness, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of talented and supportive professionals. Our clinic runs smoothly with full admin support, laundry on site and a central and quiet location. Take advantage of a large clientele base to walk into, as a specialist offering complimentary services to our massage therapists. Most of our clients have coverage for both Massage and Osteopathy. We offer a competitive salary, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training and support to help you grow and develop in your role. If you are a dedicated and compassionate Certified Osteopath licensed to work in Nova Scotia, who is committed to providing exceptional care to your clients, we would love to hear from you.
Each practitioner on our team builds a loyal clientele and our goal as a clinic is to help each therapist hone their skills, specialize and truly develop as a professional healthcare practitioner. Ergonomics matter (we have electric beds), staff culture matters (we are non-competitive and have an open style of support and customer care), ease of admin matters (we have a full time receptionist, we use online charting with Jane and our clients mostly book online) and shift time matters so you don't burn out (we mostly keep 6 hour shifts, 5 clients).
As the owner of this clinic (and an RMT myself), my goal is to help each practitioner create the schedule that they can wake up to each day and smile Our customer-focused approach means our clients are AMAZING and our therapists are compensated well (and tipped) accordingly.
If you're looking to work at a place that honours your gifts, helps you build a client roster that expands your skills and really highlights your talents alongside a true respect for work-life balance and healthy living, High Tide Wellness is the place for you.
Starting Position Schedule example - we will work with you on this but it will be 6 hour shifts and we share treatment rooms:
