Caretaker/cleaner

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join our team. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning various facilities. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of facilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Yard Maintenance

**Experience**:

- Previous experience cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Yard care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
